Fuimos a la fábrica a retirar y la atención fué muy mala, no se puede considerar servicio al cliente, fué como tratar con un robot. Cada que compro siempre me pasa lo mismo, si no fuera porque el producto es muy bueno no lo compraría por como lo tratan a uno en cuanto a preguntas o ir a retirar.
